Milky labe the glen pathetic online service

Place an order online, got my email confirmation and paid online. Get to Milky lane the glen, 38 mins later my order is not prepared. They refused to make my order because the boss apparently does not see the order reflecting on his side!!! Even though im giving the order no and proof of payment plus email confrimation sent... why offer the service if you cannot operate it!!!
