Miljylane kollenade and Mr D dont give feedback or refund

Order yesterday theough mr d..phone milkylane kollenade later to ask about my order..lady advise due to the loadshedding system is off so Mr D cant deliver the order..they will phone me asap when theyve got news…24 hours later and mr D sent a email they where at our house yesterday but we did not open..mr d said they did reveive the order milkylane said they did not receieve the order..R135 gone no ice cream or any feedback…just be on the lookout
