Melted ice cream cake
<p>I am so disgusted with the service. I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. I get there and they firstly gave me the wrong cake. Then after much argument, they went to make the cake again and I had to wait another 20min-30 min which was an inconvenience. On my way home, the ice cream cake started to melt!!! I was literally 10 minutes from the mall when it started to melt. I got home and put it into the freezer for a while. When I took it out the entire thing was soft and melted and ruined. I was absolutely disgusted with what I had ordered. I called the milky lane and they didn't even offer a refund. They only wanted to give me a plain Vanilla cake which is not what I wanted!!! And I had to go fetch it!!!! They ruined a birthday and wasted my money!!!!</p>
