Melted ice cream

I bought cone ice cream at the shop, when they tried to pour it into the cone they realised that the ice cream was not in good condition as it was more liquid and it melted to the outside of the cone. What surprised me was that they used the same cone to pour me new one and the cone was already wet outside with ice cream that melted on it. I told them when they gave it to me that I cannot accept it in that cone. Instead of changing the cone the guy just took a s**** and wiped the outside cone which made no difference really if you know how the cone is like. He refused to change it and I had already paid for it and I left it there.
