Milky lane at Mall@Reds Cashier took double thick large milkshake order incorrectly TWICE and then wanted to upsell another milkshake flavour failing to mention the increase in the price. Upon asking he told us to look at the price board on which there is NO mention of the new flavours or that it would cost more. Upon further questioning he started getting an attitude. We changed the order BACK to two double thick large milkshakes and he rang it up as JUST large, stating we never said double thick. Worst. Service. Ever.
