Little to pathetic service

Every Sunday we go for waffles as a treat for the little one. This Sunday we received absolutly pathetic ****** service for the first time ever. Arrived at the Glen around 5pm, waited 10 minutes to be seated as waiters walked circles around us, yes they were busy but not a single waiter stopped to acknowledge us. Eventually get a table but no menus, after sitting a further 12 minutes and the couple next to us who just arrived got their menus and orders taken(yes they were a different colour), my husband decides to go call a waiter, she arrives, we order the usual "whole Shabang" but are told ya there no savory options, then proceed to order a banana bar one waffle with cream and ice cream , told no cream, normally we are told before placing orders what isnt available. mu husband not more frustrated says lets just leave, waiter says yes with attitude, lilttle one left without having a treat, we ended up just paying for parking and leaving, cant believe we received little to pathetic service. I am not a ****** person but cant believe the service we as Muslim Indians received just cause of the colour of our skin. we always visit milky lane the glen and receive nothing but exceptional service even before the food court was built we went to milky lane when it used to be opposite Toys R Us. Staff need to be trained with customer service irrespective of colour.
