Key Health Medical Scheme

I joined the medical aid at the beginning of the year. I have had the worst experience, I recently got sick and needed pre-authorisation to do a procedure advised by a specialist. I have not been with them a whole year and they immediately started investigating me, which I understand it is procedure according to all their terms and conditions. I have provided them with my claims history from my previous medical scheme (from 2***) there was no claim against my name. I phoned in to ask about the progress of the investigation and the lady who assisted me said that I must conduct my own investigation against myself.. I find it absolutely absurd, either way I even went so far and collected documents and called doctors myself and asked them to please fill in the forms and submit it to them.. meanwhile really going through emotions and not sure how everything works and feeling sick..they are STILL draging everything while they are putting my health at risk. It is frustrating to get through to them,their AP is absolutely useless it does not work at all.

I had to cancel my appointment with the specialist because they are delaying everything on their side and putting my health at risk. This is after I have been to the dr , been to hospital , seen the spesialist (which suggested I do the procedure) and still it is not important to them to help me in anyway. I have had the most TIRING experience with Keyhealth. I really do not wish this experience on anyone , especially when you are feeling sick and uncertain and then having to defend yourself against your own medical scheme who is suppose to provide health care.

I feel dissapointed for joining your scheme. I really dont wish this experience on anybody.
