How bad can Milky Lane get

The worst experience was me and my cousin went to Milky Lane. We ordered a dipped ice cream and we waited. It was over 15 minutes and they didn’t serve us. Our no. was 299. The second last person they served was no. 301. We waited and we wanted our money back. They said wait 5 minutes and they didn’t serve and we said again we want our money. I think they didn’t serve us because we 10 so they served us later. Then they laughed at us and they said good bye in a evil voice
