great service but greedy corporate tactics

this post is not to single out one bad location, its milkylane as a whole. I dont like to moan about the food industry but this is getting rediculous. Staff is the only reason this post has 2 stars, they were amazing at the Grove mall Pretoria. The waffle was not as advertised, it was made to the best of the staffs ability but you can see the greed from the top brass. I had the Rolo waffle and to start of, there was a single rolo chopped into 4 pieces on the entire waffle. The waffle itself was as thin as paper, i could almost see through the thing. 2 scoops ice cream (the usual) for R80bucks. Not worth it. Waffles should be at least 1 or 1.5cm thick.
