Furious with the service

I am so furious!!!!! came out to bring my sisters and nieces out for ice cream and the guy behind the till tells me they don’t sell cones. The entire menu is filled with cones. The guy behind the till so rude paying no attention to me. Saying we don’t sell cones for the past 3 years. I went to the one in canal walk 2 weeks ago and got a cone. What kind of milkylane doesn’t sell cones. And the disgusting service is just beyond me. I am super disgusted by the service😤. Been buying from milky lane for years and this is the worst service I ever received
