First come first serve dololo

So yesterday me and my aunt wanted to buy waffles, we went to the cashier who asked us if we would be eating in or ordering take aways. We told her that we would like to sit in. She adviced we found a table and wait for the waitress to take our order, we did as we were told. We waited for like 5 minutes to receive the menu but that was understandable since southcoast is packed during this time. While we were waiting the lady who gave us the menu, 5 people arrived and she rushed to them with the menu. As we were still waiting for her to come to us to take our order, No she did not she just went to take the people that arrived after us to take their orders.. I felt she was undermining us and I politely told her that we arrived first but she was not bothered she continued to take the order of the 5 people who arrived after us. I told my aunt that we need to leave since no one was attending to us, i was really angry now. I asked to speak to the manager, we explained to her and she apologized on her behalf and only then when we went to the manager the lady came rushing to us but it was too late. This happened at Southcoast mall in Port Shepstone.
