False advertising

I ordered the Perppermint swirl cake on the 14/07. I was underwhelmed and disappointed with what was advertised and with what was delivered.

*the cake comes with a mint mousse, on presentation of the cake there was nothing! When I asked - then only was it done, which had me waiting an additional 20mins delaying me for the function and also using up the 45min travel time. *the display cake had peppermint crisp on it , the cake on the website and menu pic has peppermint crisp.however my cake had aero mint - which is false advertising.had they not had stock I should have been informed prior as I placed my order well in advance and it isn't that hard for them to go to the supermarket for stock. *The display cake had peppermint crisp pieces inside the cake ,the cake on your menu and website also.the lady assisting me also confirmed with me that there will be choc pieces inside the cake. And guess what? There was nothing. *Besides the choc pieces missing ,the ice cream was to be mint flavoured. Which it wasn't ,it was just plain ice cream coloured bright green. *The menu in the store is all unorganized, pages not in order ,pages missing.

I would like to be compensated for the false advertising,as you charge extra for the exact same things you ****** me for. I still have the cake and you are welcome to come and pick it up.
