False advertising

I visited milky lane north beach, Durban, last night. I went specifically to try the bar one hot chocolate with churros on the side. The hot chocolate was one of the best I've ever had. However, the churros were such a disappointment! On the menu card, it's described as crispy , cinnamon and sugar coated... anything but ! It was frozen on the inside, oily, no cinnamon sugar, stiff and just horrible ! Took it back to the manager, she said they come frozen and not made fresh. Anyway she made another one for me. Was just as horrible ! Milky lane, stop false advertising or make sure u deliver what u advertise for !!!! I love churros and this was not even comparable to what I've eaten before .
