Dissapointing nicecream (icecream) cake R370
Good afternoon I trust you are well.
I would like to submit a complaint regarding your icecream cake. I bought one at George BP Oasis on 10 Ocktober for my son's bithday and was very dissapointed with the quality of the cake. The consistancy of the cake is not creamy at all but tasted like it has pieces of uncooked porriage in it.
I would like to request a refund. I am even prepared to take the cake back to the shop because I cannot allow my children to eat this cake.

21 Oct 2025, 11:08Hi all, just an update. I received a call from Faith, the manager at Debonairs who works alongside the manager of Milky lane who was on leave. Faith was very patient and understanding. She appologised for the inconvenience and requested that i visit the store for a refund. I am happy to report that i received a full refund and super friendly service from the staff.
