Disgusting and utterly rude waiter and manager

It saddens to me to right this , however it needs to be said. We went to milky lane at the glen on sat and the waiter came to take our order. No1 she didn’t even write the order down as she insisted she will remember. No 2 we went there as my son was so xcited for the teddy bear ice cream which-we ordered. We also ordered pancakes which was absolutely disgusting. It was dry. Had no cinnamon sugar and one blob of ice cream. We then ask where is the teddy bear ice cream for another waiter to come tell us we didn’t order that. 2 mins later she comes back saying there is no teddy bears.. we then ask for our original waiter who was actually hiding n refused to come out. She eventually came out for her to say she forgot the ice cream and was so rude. We then ended up buying a plain ice cream and when we got the bill the manager even wanted to charge us for the teddy bear ice cream indicting the plain ice cream is the same price as the teddy bear ice cream. We then asked for the menu to check and there was a R10 difference and clearly wanted to rob us!!! I will never eat there again as that was the worst service ever
