Deceipt and Lies

<p>I was overcharged. I complaint and the manager responded very fast. He said that I would get a voucher for R160. When I get to the store there was no voucher. The lies that was coming from staff of Milky Lane . Is this policy of Milky Lane or are they employing managers that do not know what is going on. Are the managers taking vouchers and giving thereir friends. After my second complaint the managers do not contact you. On Saturday where we normally go to Milky Lane ,we had to go elsewhere. Please publish everywhere.</p>
