Cresta Milky Lane - Pathetic Service and Customer Experience

My family and i went to the Milky Lane in Cresta today and to say the least the service there is pathetic. We waited 5 min to be tended to because the waiters/resses were too busy standing around having their own personal conversations. once we did get served i clearly stipulated that i wanted a Bar One Super Sundae. My order arrived it had peppermint. i sent it back and the manager came and said that i ordered a Bar One Peppermint. When i told her no i did not she then said the one i was given was a bar one with no peppermint. She made me literally dig into the ice cream to show her the peppermint in there, which i did. She was arrogant to say the least. When the new order came it was messy and sloppy and gosh the chocolate that is normally put on the ice cream at the top was very sloppy and unappetising. You could swear that the i was receiving the ice cream for free or they were doing me a favor. They could care less about their customers or the customer experience and up to now i have been supporting them. Rest assured that this will be shared with friends and family because no one wants to go somewhere where their needs and expectations are not even met. I have even have the picture of the so called bar one that was replaced
