Closed before stipulated times
Went to milkylane in Musgrave centre at 19:20 pm and according to the closing times as stipulated on the website, they close at 19:30. They refused to assist and already had the shop gate half closed. This is very unprofessional and gives all milkylane outlets a bad reputation. The staff didn't even as what we wanted because a cone with ice-cream and nuts does not take much effort to put together. I feel that if they are going to close early then the times should be amended accordingly. I did not receive this treatment at the milkylane in suncoast or chatsworth. Very appauled with this. Will not be supporting the musgrave centre branch
