I usually enjoy Milky Lane very much and haven't ever had a complaint. On Sunday afternoon I decided to try Milky Lane in Cavendish Square, Claremont for the first time. The first thing I noticed was the \service with a smile"sign. Something I definitely did not experience at this branch. In fact"
