Cardboard waffles

What has happened to the quality of food at Milky Lane? For many years Milky Lane has had a reputation of serving the best waffles and milkshakes and I make a point of popping into a Milky Lane wherever I am shopping. It is sad that this is no longer the case.<br> <br> The waffles we were served at Clearwater and The Glen branches were absolutely disgusting. The waffles were definitely not freshly made to order. They slap a pre-cooked, cold waffle on a plate and add dollops of awful looking and tasting cream on top and expect customers to be happy with this.<br> <br> Yesterday, 14th, was the last straw. I refused to eat or pay for the cardboard I was served at The Glen branch despite being told by the staff that it was fresh. What *******! <br> <br> Goodbye Milky Lane. The days of getting freshly made waffles and delicious cream are a thing of the past. What a pity!
