Bad service, poor quality of products
Worst experience ever. Not only didn the cashier not take down my order correctly but she had a attitude aswell. So after waiting 10+minutes for my order. My waffle could not even be cut with a knife. When i returned it, it seemed as if i made the error and once again received attitude from your cashier. Whom i do not know but was addressed as if we were old friends and that anyway she deemed appropriate to speak to me was proper. The other waffle which they made incorrectly solely because the cashier did not take not of my order was s****ped off and tipped around and other toppings added. I work in customer service and if I addressed any customer with attitude or telling them "Ja iet kom nou" would be a detrement to myself. I would not be returning to this store and will most definately be voicing my experience to all that I know.
