Bad service in milky lane chatsworth

I recently visited Milky Lane and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I was next in line to order and the cashier even made eye contact with me, yet they chose to serve someone who had just walked in instead. This left me waiting for an unnecessarily long time before I could even place my order.

When I finally spoke up about how unfair this was, the cashier just laughed it off and continued serving the other customer. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic decency and respect, and this experience fell far short of that.
