Bad service for a now shop

On the 08-11-2023 i went to the milky lane in Newmarket mall .I was sitting there for like 20 min 2 waiters was looking at me and just turned around and worked away no body came to take a order and then all that the lady at the counter said sorry and continued talking to the waiters (not can i help u nothing)
