Bad service

I went to Milky Lane at The Glen mall on the 26th July I received bad service from a staff member . The store was still open cause they were still talking orders but one of the staff said "why are the customers still here can't they see that we have closed" with a very bad attitude as they were still taking our orders and had not closed the till. The staff member was very disrespectful and was also swearing at us and she looked very intoxicated to be at work and serving customers. The other staff members didn't bother to reprimand her even the supervisor. They kept on reprimanding us about complaining about the disrespectful staff member. Please do better with your staff cause I'm still very angry
