Bad service

I recently visited Milky Lane in Lenasia and had a deeply disappointing experience. I ordered two ice creams, and it took an unusually long time to prepare. During this delay, I noticed that other customers, particularly those of Indian descent, were being prioritized with quicker service and friendly interactions.

When I approached the cashier to ask about my order, I overheard the staff making fun of me in their language. One of the staff members made a very inappropriate and tribalist remark, stating that she would not entertain people from Limpopo. To make matters worse, a senior staff member, possibly a manager or supervisor, joined in the mockery.

As a customer, I expected fair and respectful service, but instead, I felt discriminated against. I drove specifically for this ice cream and was really looking forward to it, but the service I received left me disappointed and uncomfortable. I did not enjoy my ice cream at all due to this experience.

I wouldn't recommend anyone who is not of Indian descent to buy ice cream at Milky Lane, Lenasia. The service seems to be drastically different depending on your background, and this type of ************** has no place in any business.
