Bad service at milky lane raistope

The customer service is really horrible, first my mother ordered a waffle, they brought all the syrups to the table e.g strawberry , chocolate everything. Then I decided to order a waffle myself, I had ordered the waffle and a few minutes before the waffle could come one of the staff came and took the syrups away. When my waffle came, I went to the counter and asked the cashier for the syrups, she told me the waitress was going to bring it. When the waitress brought the rack which contained the syrups, most of the syrups were not there. I wanted the strawberry or chocolate ones but it was not there, earlier on the syrups were there and those are the syrups I preferred to eat. So I went to the cashier and asked her for it and she told me I must look for it at another table myself, I looked and couldn't find it. And I just sat down and ate the syrups that were there. THOSE SYRUPS WERE DISGUSTING,
