Bad service and Bad attitude

I had a bad experience at MILKYLANE MALL OF THE SOUTH, I ordered 2 cup ice cream,believe it or not I waited a good 30min for my order to be called, I asked the lady as to how come my number was not called she said they did call my number mind you I was literally sitting next to the counter,she continued and said maybe its because of the loud music that I did not hear my order,so I responded and said to her then how come I heard other orders and did not hear mine,they literally put my ice creams aside and carried on with their work. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the service.
