Bad Service AGAIN!!!

Earlier this year, I complained about terrible service at the Claremont branch. I was called by a very nice woman who apologised profusely & arranged for a voucher to be delivered to me. She assured me that I could use the voucher at ANY MILKYLANE branch. Today I drove all the way to Milky Lane in N1 City (Milky Lane's are few and far between) to enjoy my voucher. Much to my surprise and frustration, I had to leave Milky Lane hungry and embarrassed. I was informed by the manager that regardless of the fact that my voucher says it's redeemable at ANY branch, it is common knowledge that all complaints are branch specific, thus I would have to go back to the branch I had an issue with. She made a few phone calls (to head office I assume) with my voucher in hand and came back with the exact same response. I'm appalled at how flawed this system is. I have an original Milky Lane voucher, which has a voucher number, a signature of authorisation and fine print which clearly states, and I quote, \Present this voucher at any Milky Lane counter\".
