Bad Service

<p>I am not happy with the service at Milky Lane.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to buy ice cream there, as I was talking to the lady helping us, she walks away and doesn't listen to the order correctly. Causing her to get the order completely wrong, and when trying to correct it, she walks away again. We asked for sugar cones - she says okay and then doesn't do it.</p> <p> </p> <p>After much hassle with this lady, the last ice cream she gives us is half the size of how it should be and it is slightly melted. I asked her why it looks like that, and she responded saying that its the machine that is giving her problems.... Yet I still had to pay full price for that Ice Cream which I feel is unfair as I never got what I paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
