Bad hygiene practice

I ordered the promotional ice cream for R100. Milky lane Carlton Center got my order wrong. The ice cream had hair and also smudges from other ice creams. I was disgusted by the hair in the ice cream that I ended up throwing it away. I am truly displeased at the quality, lack of customer service and hygiene when I wasted my money to get something I craved so badly....couldn't return it as I had placed the order with Mr D
