Bad experience from Indian lady in claremont

I'm at milky lane Claremont the worst experience I have ever received in my life. The Indian lady who was serving me had an attitude was dismissive and didn't want to listen to me. She held my cone with her bare hands(not on the tissue). I kindly asked for the s**** n she told me she can't give for cone and I asked to pay for it she stormed off and called her manager without explaining anything to me.
