Bad customer service

I’m so disappointed by the service of one of your staff members (Shaun) at your branch in Canal Walk and I actually think I won’t be supporting you guys ever again seeing that it’s been a while since I have been to any of your branches.

No customer acknowledgement (simply practice of greeting) and then he seemed so irritated and bored with the whole transaction.

I actually left there so disappointed as my friends had been giving your products such good reviews and to actually have that spoiled by a staff members who clearly does not want to be there is sad.
