Bad attitude
I was in a Que to buy my favorite ice cream at Milky Lane in Clear water mall on the 22/12/2015. The mall was full as can be expected during the festive season. In the noise I somehow did not hear the lady at the counter say \next customer". I just saw the people behind me go to the counter and be served. When I asked why are we being missed I was answered in a very rude manner and was told \"" You didn't hear me when I called you\"". She pulled her face at me and gave an attitude of note which is unacceptable. That was no way to speak to any human being"
