Arrogant Indian owner

two days in a row I bought a cheap icecream cone and on both occasions while eating the it, I noticed clumps of white hard pieces in between the smooth iceream. This seemed odd and out of cutesy informed the owner who is an elderly indian man. When I spoke to his wife first, she approached with an attitude and started arguing with me and I politely asked her to calm down several times infront of her husband but she refuse. The old man was helpful by offering me a new icecream and checking the machine for defect operation while his wife carried on wining about who am I to tell her about her machine. All I did was politely suggest they check the machine and maybe clean it thouroughly incase someone else notice this and raise a bigger complaint about it. In my opinion, she was plain ******** and arrogant. I suggested she learn something from her customers and not argue with a customer but listen instead. I would not want to support the business if this indian lady is running it.
