5 Star Customer Service

I ordered an ice-cream cake for my mom's 70th and went to collect the cake. It was decorated stunningly, however when we ate the cake, it was definitely not nice. I contacted Tebogo at Milky Lane Walmer Park and no questions asked, she offered to make another cake. She was so apologetic and sweet, I can only compliment her customer service. I went in the following Thursday and collected the other cake and am glad to say that it tasted and looked great. Thank you for the outstanding service
