Worst spa day ever!

<p>After spanding neearly R 2000 at theSpa n Saturday, my friends and I felt less than invigorated. The spa was dirty and the the****** made no effort to make us feel welcome. We did not get the amount of time in treatments we pid for. I had to wash off my body wrap in a cold shower and the jet bath was cld and the water dirty. Wewanted t book more treatments, but the the****** wanted to go hmeearly even though we booked the spa out till 17:00. The the****** even asked for a lift home. I did write a review on the spa's facebook page and did personally phone the owner, but 5 days later and no sulotion or appology was offered by the management or owner. I will definately not be refering anyone to the spa.</p>
