Shocking Service and Attendance to Problems

<p>I went and had an express manicure with the paint. It was done my 13:00. By 15:30 my nails were still tacky. I stopped past the spa at 15:30 to show the lady. She said she suggests I get gelish and I pay an extra R100 in for it. I re-booked for the Monday. Had the Gelisha done and was once again was left dissapointed, it was bubbling and had ran. I paid in total R350 which iny personal opinion and that of many is over priced only to be left with a botched job again!! I am absolutely appalled. I showed your lady in front and all she did was take my card to put the additional R100 on. After complaining your company said they would re-imburse me I am still waiting. First I get told I will be re-imbursed then I get told that they cannot refund credit cards (of which I never used a credit card, I used my cheque card) then I get told to send my banking details which I did only to be told that they were under the impression I was going to reverse the transaction?????? Are you freaking kidding me!!!!!!!!! What type of service is this!!!!!???? I will never recommend your company to anyone. I am still waiting for my refund almost a month later!!!!!</p>
