Spa rampage

In the end of January I got a call from a sales rep from this spa. I agreed on a membership which I was advised would be R399p/m but on the first month it would be R199. That deduction of R199 would be on the 1st of March. Prior this a week after taking the contracted I had sent them an email stating that I will be retrenched from work which I have starting today. I had no problem with them deducting the R199 but I wanted to cancel it then.

Today I woke up to a notification that they have deducted R600 out of my account. I called them and I was advised that my membership is going to be cancelled in April. I do not understand because I sent them an email on the 30th of January and people from their side called me.

I have not taken/ gone for any of their services. I would like to have my money reimbursed. Please help me.
