Pathetic and ********* conduct - Still did not return money thats owed to me Company in question: Miljo Properties - Johan Burger ID: ********** 040082

I rented a townhouse at Griffendale Complex - Kempton Park and little did i know that the lessor had intentions of ********ly holding my deposit when moving out.

Breach of contract in terms of refund of deposit. Makes excuses as to maintenance issues yet does not provide proof in terms of quotes/invoices. Contract states 30 days for funds to be refunded after leaving premises and till this day still no refund. No reply to correspondence sent. Spoke to a few people who previously rented the property as well as the trustees and they have all said, and i quote, "He is not the most honest person around"

Writing this review to prevent people getting ****med by this lowlife in the future.

All documentation in order from my side and currently in the process of taking this matter up further
