Useless (SLOWWAY COURIERS) -Fastway couriers

Early last week I bought Airfryer accessories & spares on your website which were shipped and a confirmation email was received from Fastway couriers on Saturday (05/11/2021) saying they will deliver same day. Kindly note that I have been calling the courier company everyday to find out why they haven't delivered whereas every morning they send an email saying your parcel is on the way to be delivered. Honestly their services are useless nobody knows who the driver is or his contact details. At this point I just want to cancel this transaction through my bank and get my money back. I would like to advise Milex to just change to another courier company with better services. If my parcel is not delivered by FRIDAY I am definitely disputing the transaction for no good received through my bank. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT THIS IS NOT ON. DO BETTER MILEX MAKE CHNANGES THAT BENEFIT YOUR CLIENTS AS WELL.
