Terrible service

I bought a product from Milex and was misleading on the internet after a huge battle to get them to reply to my emails,they agreed to have it collected and refund me.They received the product back and also confirmed and now I cant get my refund out of them.I have sent numerous emails with no reply and they also just do not respond to phone calls as on their website.They very quick to sell you something,but after that no after sales service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE.
