Takealot disappointing, Milex VERY disappointing

December last year I bought a Milex Power Airfryer ***L through Takealot. I thought I would treat myself to the new rave seeing I got a bit of a bonus. I trusted the device seeing some people I knew already had one and said they worked well. The device works as it should, no issues there, but on the 31 Aug 2024 I was cooking up some Chicken Wings and noticed a crack on the cover, top left corner. The device is still under warranty, so I logged a return with Takealot specifying I want it replaced. Takealot duly collected the next day, but, took 9 days to get the device to the Merchant for evaluation. There has been some communication from Takealot regards "Return" address but nothing since. It is now the 20 Sept 2024, and I still sit without my Airfryer, so 21 days later and not a peep...very very very VERY disappointed...
