Poor customer service

Poor customer service. 3 month turnaround time. I purchased Milex airgriller and the timer switch stopped working. Over a 3 month period they sent me the item 3 times even worse off than the first time it broke. They returned it to me in pieces. Broken damaged by the courier company. Then they sent another one that would not even turn on. I bought the item when on sale. Now they are after 3 months of delays on their end saying that they can not repair the machine. Now I am forced to pay extra to purchase the machine because they delayed and the sale is over. Terrible customer service. I have all the emails from Leonard Rosen at Milex.
