Pathetic Milex.

We baught a Milex Intellivac and everything went fine for a year. Suddenly, one morning, the robot vacuum just stop working. We called Milex. The lady was rude and she did not want to help us to resolve the issue. After a couple of calls they promised to pick it up for repare. It is 9 months later and have not heard from them. We saved money for the vacuum. My wife and I are both blind and we thought the robot vacuum would improve our cleaning. Please people, never, never baught from Milex. I bet you that Milex will not reply to this message because they know they are useless and pathetic.
