No customer service from Milex

I took my Milex 360 Steam Mop to Homemark Festival Mall to be repaired. I was later told that "they have no parts" to repair my unit. The steamer was returned to the store without the repair being done. At no time was I contacted by the Milex repair department to explain what is wrong with my unit. They funnel all the info through the Homemark store, and you can't get proper info. Don't waste your money on Milex products. There is NO after-sales service.
