NO CUSTMER CARE

I ordered an additional bin for my air fryer 2 months ago (MX23192)....paid, and requested that the change the bin size to the 5 liter. I have since heard absolutely nothing from MILEX and have mailed them 4 times. I am very happy with the product...but the company is *******.
