Milex water cooler

I purchased a Milex 7 litre cooler 2 weeks ago . The instruction booklet included was for a different model. Called several times and was sent a video from customer care which again did not apply to the milex 7 litre cooler. Call centre agent promised to send a video to assist with the removal of the water tank ....... still no response from customer care .Shocking service from this company and customer care agent.
