Milex untrusted brand

I have not been co contacted to date about my return..

Makro Repair ID *** has been booked in.

This was 19 September, this is the second Milex kettle with a refund. The first stopped working with in a wee and this one rusted after a week. What a horrible defect filled brand. I bought my mum a Milex airfryer which still smells of plastic which from Game which I'm told there's nothing wrong with it yesterday it smells of burning plastic.
