Milex South Africa - to buy or not to buy from them?

I was going to buy the Milex 6L air Fryer & Multi Cooker. However, after reading all the reviews on here regarding the poor quality of Milex products, their lack of response to issues, and the general dissatisfaction felt by those who have bought Milex products, I am giving this brand a miss.
