I ordered a Milex Coffee Bar machine on the 11 November 2022. Now it doesn't want to make foam for cuppacino or latte. I cleaned everything like they tell you to do in the User Manual. It still doesn't want to make foam. I would like this resolved as soon as possible please. The machine doesn't get used that much but when I want a nice cuppacino I can't make it.

I still haven't heard anything from Milex. Poor service I must say. I won't buy a Milex product directly from them. Poor after sales service.
